Kogi State Govt Orders Civil Servants To Resume Work

Kogi State authorities has directed civil servants on grade ranges 1 – 10 to return to their posts from Monday.

This was contained in a round issued on Wednesday by the state’s Head of Service (HoS), Deborah Ogunmola.

It acknowledged that Governor Yahaya Bello has given the order that the affected authorities officers, who’ve been working from residence since March 2020, when the Coronavirus pandemic broke out, ought to return to work starting from Monday.

The round reads: “The governor has directed that each one civil servants on Salary Grade Level 01-10 to return again to their numerous obligation posts with impact from Monday, June 15, 2020.

“All MDAs (Ministries, Departments and Agencies) are to make sure they supply amenities for laundry of arms or sanitisers, on the entrance of their places of work and all officers are to make sure they preserve wholesome life-style and cling to all the rules of the NCDC (Nigeria Centre for Disease Control), to curb the COVID-19 pandemic.”
