Two males have been arrested by police in Minna, the Niger State capital, with a complete of 36 Automated Teller Machine (ATM) playing cards of their possession.
Police stated the suspects defraud confused ATM customers whereas pretending to assist them.
Victor Okebugwu, 32, and James Amaonye, 33, had been stated to have been perpetrating ATM fraud for over two years.
Amaonye stated they began within the greatest plaza in Minna, Obasanjo Complex, earlier than transferring to the banks.
